For us, the chicken pastrami sandwich and salads are deliciously crafted, consistent, and shareable. Deliciously well done, overall. ”

“ We have been several times, and every meal has been wonderful! This time, we had the fried rice and Mediterranean chicken. Full of flavor, great presentation, and a good portion size. Parking is easy. You order at the counter, and they bring your food. Nice vibe and friendly staff. ”

“ Its been awhile since last visit. Over 30 min of travel time just to get here. Glad to see that everything stayed the same. Similar menu with the place still intact, in a good way. Got their signature burgers with fries. This was improvement from last time. Instead of kettle chips, fries definitely added higher value to the meal. Fried rice was bit ssalt but still good. Due to the cooler weather, patio was closed but did have a section next to it that's enclosed and heated nicely. Overall, good atmosphere, friendly people and good food. Glad to be back! ”

I loved the Mediterranean Chicken. It is very different and I enjoy it so much as it comes with pita bread and hummus! The slow cooked ribs were juicy, flavorful and on a bed of mash potatoes/ veggies. ”

“ Came in for lunch after reading the reviews. I was immediately greeted by the front person with a hello and a smile. I ordered the short ribs and boy howdy, were they worth the $23. They came on a nice pile of well seasoned mashed potatoes and a side of sautéed mixed veggies. All of the food was well prepared and seasoned. One of the draws for me also was the soda machine is Came Sugar drinks which I love. I enjoyed my meal on the patio with very comfortable seating and a table just at the right height. I sat there and read a book enjoying the meal. ”

“ We went in for a quick dinner the other night and it was an amazing experience. First off, the customer service and friendly encounter really made a big impression on us! I don't know the gentleman's name that helped us but he was so warm and inviting. I went with his suggestion, veggie fried rice with tofu. I've never had fried tofu this good!! It wasn't greasy of heavily battered. They were crispy little pillows of deliciousness! My partner had the French dip, and that was equally delicious. The au jus was something to write home about! They have a casual setting and elevated flavors. Can't wait to try the chicken pastrami sandwich! ”

“ As soon as I walked through the door, I was cheerfully greeted by the staff. We ordered the ribs and the chicken pastrami sandwich. Both were absolutely delicious. The seating are is updated and very clean. The atmosphere overall was very welcoming and we plan to add this to our regular rotation of restaurants Almost forgot! The drinks are really good too! We got a mule and the berry lemon froze thing and they weee delicious. I'm not often one who enjoys frozen drinks and I had 2! ”

“ I had lunch with some friends and was impressed with the menu variety at Chop Shop. They even had a great looking kids menu. They offer beer and wine and natural sodas. All three of us really liked our entrées but the French fries were crave worthy. There weren't a lot of people working but the few that I saw were working hard. The kitchen had to be swamped because there were a lot of customers but our wait was minimal. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was because the area around our table wasn't clean. The ledge under the window was dusty and grimy (see photo), and there was one big fly buzzing around. They do have a great patio area for warmer weather. Those fries were enough to bring me back so I'm looking forward to trying more of their menu. ”

“ I'm really impressed with this place. They got the fast casual down and still retained that fine dining experience. After ten years and three locations this local business with CO-born Chef Clint and his business partner Chris is killing it! Their menu is small and is uncomplicated. You won't be embarrassed to take a date here. They plate their dishes beautifully. Their food is amazing. They serve wine, beers and natural sodas. Everything was really good. What stood out for me was the Grilled Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf and their Chicken Pastrami sandwich. The Pastrami had that perfect heat to it all throughout as you eat it. Nothing serious but it's there. But whatever you order from what we tried , or from their menu is really good. You have to try try everything that we tried: 48 hour Slow Cooked Short Rib, Grilled Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf, Mediterranean grilled chicken, Chicken pastrami Sandwich, and their Beef Stroganoff (special of the day) , salads Super Chop. Rocket Chop and South Chop. Everything we had was so delicious and was served and plated beautifully & priced right. Oh, and you won't be embarrassed to take your date here. Aside from the excellent food, the inside is tastefully decorated. With a covered patio for winter and one that's alfresco for summer! Drinks: Frozen passion fruit & lemon berry ”
